  9. Multi-Account Prevention and Account Security
    To ensure fairness and prevent monopolization or abuse of the platform, Aaxelsior employs a multi-layered approach to detect and prevent the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual or entity. By using these measures, we aim to protect both the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate users. The following methods may be used to track, verify, and ensure that each account adheres to our guidelines:

    • IP Address Tracking: We may track and monitor IP addresses to identify multiple accounts linked to the same IP address. VPN and proxy detection is employed to prevent circumvention.
    • Email Verification: Email addresses used for registration will undergo verification to ensure validity. Disposable email addresses may be flagged to prevent fraudulent account creation.
    • Phone Number Verification: To add another layer of authenticity, phone number verification may be required for account creation, with one phone number allowed per account.
    • Device Fingerprinting: In cases where users may attempt to bypass account restrictions by using multiple devices, device fingerprinting may be employed to track the device and prevent further account creation from the same source.
    • Payment Method Verification: Each account will be verified against a unique payment method to prevent the use of multiple accounts for the same financial transaction.

    If any fraudulent or malicious behavior is detected—such as attempting to create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage—the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the violating accounts without prior notice. Any detected violations may lead to penalties, including but not limited to permanent bans from the platform.

  13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers from any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another party.
